Career Success requires a diversity of key competencies. The BURKEA Support Centre can in co-operation with existing training institutions design Special Training Projects, targeted to enable students with key competencies, such as:

Negotiations and Management Skills
Computer End User (Word, Excel, Microsoft Project)
Design of proposals and professional presentations of budgets and projects.
These projects are structured to develop the capacity of the local community to provide and administer local training programs in various core skills.
The development of suitably equipped training facilities and skilled facilitators at schools and training institutions is regarded as a key component for the sustainable implementation of the Entrepreneurship Development Project. The process of integrating Schools and Colleges involves the following process:
